• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a Member to their wibu69jp Account via any supported payment method, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or cryptocurrency.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Platform before approving withdrawal requests.

Account Eligibility

wibu69jp reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period requested may result in Account suspension and witholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method.
• Members are solely responsible for the security of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.
• Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on wibu69jp are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Platform supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM 30 (subject to payment method minimum thresholds).
• Deposits via FPX and DuitNow are typically credited within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon network confirmation (typically within 15–60 minutes depending on network congestion).
• wibu69jp does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification for the Member's Account.
• Verified Accounts typically receive withdrawal processing within 15minutes during operational hours for FPX and bank transfer methods.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply and vary by Account tier.
• wibu69jp reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or unusual transaction patterns.

Bonuses & Promotions

wibu69jp offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referal bonuses, festival promotions, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated in individual offer pages.

• Each promotion is available to eligible Members only. wibu69jp determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Member unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• wibu69jp reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Misuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, use of staking patterns designed to arbitrage bonus terms, or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture and Account suspension.
• Bonus credits cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of permitted withdrawal conditions.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a promotional offer, wibu69jp's decision shall be final and binding.

Betting Rules

All wagers placed on wibu69jp are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market selected, as well as the following general betting conditions:

• Bets are final once confirmed. wibu69jp does not accept cancellation requests after bet has been successfully placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects bet placement, settlement, or display, wibu69jp reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Member Accounts.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per game and per betting market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment of bet confirmation. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds applied to the wager.
• In-play betting on live sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets) may be suspended at any time at the Platform's discretion, including during live match events where integrity concerns arise.
• wibu69jp uses verified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems for all casino games. Game outcomes are independently governed by certified RNG processes.
• Any suspicion of fraudulent or manipulative betting behaviour will result in immediate Account investigation and potential suspension pending review.

• Coluding with other players in live dealer games or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wibu69jp Platform, including but not limited to graphics, logos, game designs, software, text, and interface layouts, is the intellectual property of wibu69jp or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content or software found on the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wibu69jp shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned or unplanned.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Account Suspension & Closure

wibu69jp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, and to withold or forfeit balances associated with that Account, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by the Platform.
• Court order, regulatory requirement, or instruction from a law enforcement body.
• Member request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed by the Member voluntarily and in good standing, any verified Account balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to standard verification requirements.

Privacy & Data Protection

wibu69jp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Amendments to These Terms
